The world of work is a constantly developed scene, and companies that want to attract the best talent today need to think creatively and sustainable about their work spaces.
Since many companies are trying to encourage employees to return to the office, what are the trends that employers must adopt to create great spaces for their employees?
As a company responsible for some of the largest and best offices in Ireland, it has seen how the office customs-and the challenges that come with them change
We have seen a major shift in how companies deal with their offices after the epidemic. Trends appeared from people working from the home, and these trends continue to influence the workplace today.
People have come to some features of their household environments, which are now repeated in office space. In the industry, we call this “Reseemercial”, which describes the interior design that combines housing and commercial design elements, and is often used in office spaces, hotels and other public places that aim to feel more home.
Through luxury and insertion at the top of the priority list in office design, leaders had to ask themselves: How can we create a comfortable and comfortable environment that enhances cooperation and society, and makes people feel satisfied with coming to work?
And bring residential elements to commercial places to create a more family welcoming environment, is part of this equation inflammation.

The position of companies looking for a new or renewed office space is used to spin on installing the largest possible number of people and making these people productive. This is no longer the case.
The old coordination of the employees ’placement behind an office for eight hours a day and the application of one approach that suits everyone in productivity, and giving priority to the experience that people enjoy in the workplace.
But this comes with challenges, because the owners of companies are not always ready to listen to their employees, and they do not take a realistic approach to the time frames. If employers do not listen to their employees, and they apply narrow time frameworks, they will not have enough time to involve their working rules, and this is what knocks on luxury and retain employees and gravity.
The best way to design offices puts people at the forefront of the design process. We spend 70 % of our lives at work – we simply think about what people want.
Another aspect must be observed, which is the nervous diversity, with a research conducted by Zenbushing, indicating that 53 % of Gen-Z workers are now defining as Divergent.

With the Millennium and General Z generation, they make up 38 % of the global workforce-which is expected to rise to 58 % in 2030, according to PWC-we know that when it meets the needs of nervous streets at the workplace, it benefits everyone. There is no negative to meet people’s needs. “
So, what companies should give priority when redesigned their offices? Well, we believe that creating a positive and wicked office environment is the key to every aspect of work and will have an impact on the match for years to come. When people are carried out and their work environment is careful, the great company’s culture follows, and companies will flourish.
