“It explores alternative uses of an abandoned location in the city center.
The former Cié Club in Road’s Road in the city center extends to lethargy for more than 30 years, which caused anxiety.
At the Metropolitan County meeting for this month, Sarah Kelly, Fine Gael advisor, sought to update the site.
She said: “They do not take care of the place. They leave it to go to the shelf and ruin. The residents suffer from it, and more than that in the fall and winter with the anti -society behavior.”

For her part, CIE confirmed to Limerick Live that she is “maintaining this site for operational reasons.”
A spokesman for the company added: “Until the final decisions are made, the alternative uses of the site are explored in the meantime.”
In a written answer on Cllr Kiely, Jayne Lehy, the local authority, confirmed that the local authority has what is known as the issue of abandoned sites on the ground.
This indicates a position in which lands or structures are in a state that takes the character or appearance of the surrounding area.
The Council can impose fines on the site owners through what is known as the abandoned topical fees.
Limerick Live has learned in one stage last year, CIE owes more than 15,000 euros for 2023, and was followed by the Council of the Council of the Council.
With the coming summer months, Cllr Kiely believes that it can be used as a field of copper gangs to control and practice, or perhaps as a basketball playground.
