Lean refers to the work strategy that focuses on reducing waste and increasing the creation of value to customers, and is often through continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
Among the prominent speakers were Andrew Steel and Adam Davis of the Airbus plane, who shared visions about the development of people, leadership and culture within their organization.
They took the attendees on a journey through the manufactures of Airbus, who were martyred in youth as the main challenge in developing a meager culture within the organization, but they said that once a culture of growth is created, Lean will add value and remove waste.

“We have seen the benefits of cooperation through the Lean Mid-West network, which started as a regional initiative in 2016, but we have grown to become a vibrant society between more than 120 companies, and they are all committed to improving leadership and innovation.
