The family of the victim of the killing of Idaho Kylie Gonclavis moved to the prosecutors after receiving a notice of the appropriateness of the clash in the call of the killer, Brian Cuperger.
Gonclavis was one of four students from Idahu University who brutally stabbed to death at their home in the Moscow rental in November 2022.
Kohberger, who was charged with all the four killings, is expected to take a call deal, according to new reports on Monday.

The suspected killer will be judged by four provisions for life, respectively, and give up all the right to appeal, for each ABC News.
Cuperger, who was a student of crime science at a PhD at Washington State University, was arrested in Pennsylvania in late December 2022. The police say his DNA had found a leaving knife sheath at the crime scene. The murder has not been recovered.
The colleagues of the room Kaylee Goncalves, 21, Madison, 21 years old, and Xana Kernodle, 20, were killed, along with Kernodle’s friend Ethan Chaphein, 20, in the early morning hours of November 13, 2022.
Two other colleagues, Bethani Fonk and Dylan Mortenson, were inside the house when the murders occurred, but they were unharmed.
In March, a voice was released from the 911 call that was made on the day of the killing.
Mortenson heard in the call, saying: “Something happened in our house. We don’t know what.”
A female neighbor also harmoniously: “They saw a man in their home last night.”
Kohberger is scheduled to start on August 18. A hearing is now scheduled to change the declaration on Wednesday.
