Brian Cuperger agreed to acknowledge guilty on all charges in the killing of four students of Idahu University, and to avoid the death penalty, according to a letter sent to the family members who inform them of the guilt.
Kohberger-who was accused of four first-class death and robbery of killing in 2022 for his colleagues in the room Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Magen, Xana Kernodle and Kernodle’s Friendy, who will be sentenced to the meters, for justice.
The agreement said that he would give up the right to appeal.

The acknowledgment comes just weeks before the Kohberger trial began. The choice of the jury was appointed on August 4, and the opening arguments were scheduled to be held on August 18.
Prosecutors said in the letter to families that the state was approaching last week by the defense team in the Cuperger requesting a presentation. Prosecutors said that they then met with family members available last week, “the weight of the right track forward and made an official offer” to Kohberger.

The state will also seek to restore the victims and their families, according to the agreement.
All the Four Idahu University students were stabbed to death at the girls ’house outside the campus in the early hours of November 13, 2022.
