HSE Mid-West has announced the appointment of Dr. Terry Hennessy as the regional clinical bullets of the strategy and the development of health services in the region.
Cardiology Specialist in the middle of the West since 1998, and recently the clinical director of Ennis, Nengh and ST John, Dr. Hennessy is now responsible for the strategic delivery of all acute and societal clinical care services across the middle -C.
The first project for Dr. Hennessy as a regional clinical leadership of strategy and development leads a vital internal advice process to collect visions on the design and provision of urgent care services and local emergencies in the region.
This basic process will be presented by Sandra Proderic, the regional executive official, HSE MID-WEST, for the continuous HIQA review of urgent and emergency care in the middle of the West.
Ms. Proderic said: Dr. Hennessee congratulated his appointment.
“I asked Dr. Hennessi to lead the internal consultation process with the aim of capturing the largest possible number of votes, opinions and opinions to inform the application that I will do to Hakka on behalf of HSE Mid-West. This process will be able to provide a fully enlightened job from health care staff throughout this region .

Dr. Hennessy spent 13 years of work at Enes Hospital and Limreik University Hospital as a general medical doctor and cardiologist. In 2011, it became part of the regional heart disease team in the middle of the West, which collectively continued to create a STIMI service around the clock throughout the week. Recently, the Clinical Director of Model Hospitals 2 was continuing to see his patients in the Cathy Laboratory along with his new regional role obligations.
“After he worked in the middle of the West for nearly three decades, I am happy with this opportunity to help plan a comprehensive strategy for future savings for health services in the middle area,” said Dr. Hennessi.
“My urgent priority is to consult with all the specializations participating in health care throughout our region to inform the joint opinion regarding the future design of urgent and emergency care services. The consultation will be operated as an open and comprehensive process and aims to collect the largest possible number of opinions.”
Dr. Hennessi graduated from UCD in 1989, training on heart disease and general internal medicine at Maisericordiae, Dublin University Hospital, Papworth, Adenbrox Hospital, Cambridge.
It holds MD in UCD medicine for studies on echocardiography, a classmate in RCPI and the European Society for Heart Diseases.
