Eastenders took control of the British SOAP Awards with eight awards, including the best British soap.
The ceremony, hosted by singer Jane McDonald, which she hosted in Hukini Empire in London, witnessed stars of the country’s largest soap, heading to face to get the best scenes, shows and stories.
The British Broadcasting Corporation exhibition was awarded the Best British soap with the cup, which was presented only by the representative of fools and horses, Sir David Jason.

Steve McFadin, who plays the role of Phil Mitchell, won the Best Dramatic Performance Award, and Eastenders also won the Best Episode for Psychology in Phil, which was witnessed by Hilassa scenes from the Mitchell family home in 1985.


Eastenders won the scene of the year due to the return of Angie WhatsApp shock as a ghost during the fortieth anniversary episode.

Hollyoaks won three awards including the best newcomer by Isabelle Smith who plays the role of Frankie Ospurne, the daughter of Susan Ashworth, Darin Osborne and the sister of Oborn twins.
4 Soap channel won the best story to raise the issue of sexual assault on brotherhood, and Ospurne was named the best family.
ITV’s Emmerdale won the 16 -year -old Umayla Vanagan Award for April Windsor, and the half -sister of Yo Goskrick and the daughter of police officer Donna Windsor and Cheap Marlon Dengel.
The Tony Warren Award went to the Maydel Mike factory.

Coronation Street received only one prize with the distinguished achievement award for David Nelson, the owner of the café Roy Craper, who joined the exhibition almost three decades ago.
The award was presented by Jolie Hissondhyal, who played the role of Roy’s late Hayley Cruprising.
Among the stars on the red carpet on Saturday evening, the actress Hollyoaks Jorgi Porter and Tina O’Brien from Coronation Street chose the same dress.
Prizes will be broadcast at 8 pm on Thursday 5 June on ITV1 and ITVX.
