Coffee, whiskey, chocolate and mint wrapped in died? What can be better!
In its blog “Bread”Baker Darla tells us how to re -invent the Irish classic.
“I decided to take a classic Irish and re -invent it. Irish coffee is coffee with whiskey and sugar, covered with cream,” says Darla.

ingredients:

- 1/2 cup (1 unit) is not salted butter (Margreen Polita)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar molasses
- 1 tablespoon of Irish whiskey (optional)
- 2 teaspoons of ground espresso
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of semi -sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 to 1 cup of chopped Andes (used about half a cup) or 1/2 cup of finely chopped hazelnut (roasted)

In a small saucepan that elevates over medium heat, mix the butter, sugar, brown sugar, molasses, whiskey, espresso and salt.
Stir until the butter dissolves and the ingredients are completely combined.
Boil the mixture, stirring from time to time, until the mixture reaches about 250 degrees on the candy heat scale.
Keep boiling, stirring constantly (be sure to enter the pan corners), until the mixture reaches 300 degrees.
Remove the mixture from the heat and pour into a frying pan with a university degree or a Silpat mat.
If necessary, use a spoon of displacement or heat resistant to spread the candy evenly.
Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over hot candy and leave it to sit for five minutes, then spread the soft chocolate now above the top of the candy.
Before chocolate collections, chopped mint from the Andes (or hazelnut) evenly on the top of the candy. Allow completely cool before cutting or storming the pieces.
