A Milocke man stands behind bars claiming that a large number of heinous sexual acts were committed against two young girls for years, then he puts them in the basement when they did not obey.
David Boyd, 64, was arrested last week and was charged with repeated sexual abuse of a child, a child’s physical abuse, a child smuggling and false prison, according to Milwaukee police.
Chopped pictures and graphics details were placed on his alleged crimes in a criminal complaint submitted in Milwoki Province on April 26.
