A Milocke man stands behind bars claiming that a large number of heinous sexual acts were committed against two young girls for years, then he puts them in the basement when they did not obey.
David Boyd, 64, was arrested last week and was charged with repeated sexual abuse of a child, a child’s physical abuse, a child smuggling and false prison, according to Milwaukee police.

Boyd also denied that the girls were on the basement.
But when the investigators showed him plans that drew girls, “jumped immediately, saying he needed to use the bathroom or was urinating his pants,” the authorities said.
