PBA Erik Castro and member of the technical committee Pong Pasculies were significantly absent from public opinion during the 3th game of the Philippine Cup on Friday at Smart Araneta Coliseum.

“If there is a call that must be reviewed, then the first degree judgment and the ruling of calls will help each other in determining the appropriate violation,” said Marcial in Filipini. “If they cannot determine the correct call, the rest of the crew will be part of the decision -making.
“The technical committee will still exist to help them, but the final decision will be based on the rulers.”
