Mark Stops and Kentucky Wildcats faced a large setback in her season when Vince Marrow left the program to join his rival Louisville Cardinal. Marrow spent 12 seasons with Wildcats as a major assistant coach, but decided to move to Luisville before the 2025 season.
During the days of the media 2025, Mark Stops was asked about his feelings regarding Vince Maru’s decision to leave the brutal cats. Stops said,
“I think anyone who makes a decision to leave the program, I don’t think there is, such as, like, an ideal way to do this, as you know? So I do not carry any hostility towards it at all, or about Vince (Single).”

Follow the veteran coach,
“I appreciate a great appreciation of our friendship and what he did to help us build this program for 12 years. He had an effective role in several ways.”
Mark Stops and Venice Maru has a strong and long -term relationship. Stooops joined Wildcats on November 27, 2012, and was one of his first decisions as a major coach to employ Marrow as a full -time assistant. He promoted the previous narrow end of the recruitment coordinator a year later, and the two worked together to reshape the Wildcats recruitment.
Marrow’s performance attracted the attention of competing programs, and the competitors inside the country successfully recruited it, and Cardinal Louisville, before the 2025 university football season. Marrow will act as executive director of players’ employees and recruit the Cardinals.
What is the next for Mark Stops and Kentucky Wild Cats?
Mark Stops and Kentucky Wilde Kats did not have time to calm the beloved Vincent’s marrow. However, it must be eagerly eager, given that Marrow has played a major role in employing most of the current stars in the Kentucky Wildcats menu for the next season.
Mark Stops is a new Wildcats leadership to his second campaign, which has been working to work since she took over more than a decade ago. Wildcats fell to 4-8 record and was clearly out of a bowl game with many games surviving.
Speaking on the days of the media, Stops admitted the next road. He said ,
“After last season, it is clear that it was not a good year for us, we had to take a closer look at it. On my own, we had eight consecutive games in the Sultanate. One of only three teams in the Supreme Education Council to achieve this. It is not easy. So we had a really good extension and we were really consistent. We know the wonderful programs in this association. There are many of us who was taking place at one time here.”
Follow Stooops,
“When you do that and they have a bad year of that such, I had to take a nice step, and analyze everything in our program, in our employees and players. There is a lot of work to do.”
Wildcats will aim to get an excellent training camp in preparation for the normal season. They will start their campaign with a game against Toledo Rockets. The main games that must be highlighted on the Kentucky Wild Katz table, to name a few, include matches against Oli Miss, South Carolina, Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, Oporn, and Florida.
