On Tuesday, Amnesty International accused Israel of committing a “direct genocide” against the Palestinians in Gaza by removing most of the population by force and creating a humanitarian catastrophe.
In its annual report, Amnesty accused Israel that Israel has acted with “a specific intention to destroy the Palestinians in Gaza, and thus committing genocide.”
The conflict broke out after the Palestinian armed attacks on October 7, on October 7, 2023, inside Israel, which led to the death of 1,218 people on the Israeli side, most of them civilians, according to France, based on official Israeli figures.
The gunmen also kidnapped 251 people, 58 of whom are still detained in Gaza, including 34 of the Israeli army saying they died.
“Since October 7, 2023, when Hamas committed horrific crimes against Israeli citizens and others and the seizure of more than 250 hostages, the world has become an audience in the genocide that was broadcast.”
