Defense lawyer on Luigi Mangion, who was accused of killing the CEO of UNITEDHELTHARE, insists on searching for the police and detention within the state of Pennsylvania McDonald in late last year.
Mangeun in Tuna, Pennsylvania, was arrested after a five -day hunt for a deadly shooting suspect at the CEO of United Healthcare Brian Thompson outside the New York City Hotel on December 4.
In one of the centers published in the Pennsylvania State Court on Friday, Thomas Dicky, a manganese lawyer, said that manganese had not properly read his rights.

Instead, Dicky, officers of the Tuna Police Department, said, “They continued to interrogate the defendant, without any reading of Miranda’s rights.”
Defense lawyer also said mangis had a “deceptive and unreasonable” answer because of the officers approaching him.
“At any time, the two officers indicated that the defendant was free to go; they did not explain the reasons for the defendant’s detention; otherwise, it seemed suspicious and/or his welcome as a customer in McDonald’s.”

In Pennsylvania, mangis admitted that he was not guilty of forgery charges and possessed a tool for crime and giving a false identification to the officer.
He also acknowledged that he was not guilty of the accusations of killing in New York, a case that has the precedence over the case in Pennsylvania, where the dates of the court have been canceled and new dates have not been determined. Managers also face federal charges, including the charge of killing by using a firearm, making it eligible for the death penalty.
His lawyer in New York, Karen Friedman Agunefilo, also raised questions about the treatment of manganese in the Bennsylvania nursery, under a recent hearing, the police Authority’s camera shots indicate “the constitutional entrepreneurship rights have been violated.”
“I think there is a very serious research problem in this regard, and there may be a suppression evidence,” said Evvigelo.
