The authorities said that the charge of killing was presented on Friday against a man accused of hitting the son of his 5 -year -old girlfriend to death and left the body inside a garbage in the city of Panorama last week.
Praixon Jadis, 20, was arrested on Wednesday, and if convicted, he will face a possible prison prison sentence in life for the evil death of Elieje Herne, according to the Los Angeles County attorney office. The authorities said that the prosecutors accused him of killing and attacking a child who caused death.
“It is really a tragic and terrible issue, and our deepest sympathy for the young victim’s family,” Dist. Atty. Nathan Hashman said in a statement. “We are committed to seeking justice and we will ensure that this defendant is responsible for his actions.”
Officials said that Jadis did not enter an appeal during the appearance of the short court in Van Nuwiz, and is scheduled to return to the court next month.
Prosecutors claim that Gades overcame the boy to death inside an apartment in the 14500 block from Lanch Street on July 11. The boy’s body was found the next day in what the prosecutors described as “the garbage of a commercial waiting arena.”
The law enforcement official previously told the Times that the boy was “tremendous”, including the broken jaw, broken ribs and slaughtered liver. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not allowed to speak to the media.
Jadis was the boy, Kimia Herne, dated and outside in the past, but Jadis was not the boy’s father. The grandfather of the victim, Herne, said that Gades was chasing his daughter.
“It is very surprising that he would do so for my 5 -year -old,” said Herne, the father earlier this week. “I know the body this afternoon. I am so fascinated and angry that I cannot even explain it. This man is a bad man and fortunately that the police have it.”
Jadis was detained by the police more than once over the past year, but he avoided twice the trials of the jury that could have sent him to prison or prison. His arrest was issued three months before the killing, as the records appear.
Last July, Public Prosecutors accused Jadis and two others of stealing and beating a person with a “metal bar” in the Baldwin park. However, the case was rejected in mid -December when the prosecutor announced that he was “unable to move forward” on the day of the initial hearing of Gaddis, according to court records.
Court records do not provide any additional details about the reason for the public prosecutor’s inability to move forward. Jadis was in prison for six months at the time, but was released shortly after. A spokesman for the provincial lawyer’s office did not provide an explanation.
Six weeks later, Jadis was arrested by the Los Angeles police for his girlfriend again and again in the Hollywood residential complex. The victim in this case was not the mother of Eligia, as the records appear.
Gaddis was accused of domestic violence and wrong prison, but it is allowed to stay free while wearing an electronic monitor. In April, Gaddis failed to appear before the court for his prescribed trial and the judge issued an order on the bench for his arrest.
A month later, its electronic monitoring device has run out of energy and ignoring the registration calls from the company that issued the device, as the records appear. An alert was sent to the Los Angeles Province.
The Prosecutor’s Office in Los Angeles referred questions to the Los Angeles Police Administration, which did not answer a question about what, if any, to re -adhere to Dahidis after he cleared the trial date. But given that Gades had no criminal record after rejecting the theft case, it is unlikely that the police have given the priority of the arrest of the defendant, who was required based on a misdemeanor.
Vicky Waters, a speaker spokeswoman, said that Jadis “was not under active supervision” by the agency because his case has not been decided yet.
“Observation does not have an enforcement role in these circumstances,” Waters said.
