The European Union targets Russian energy revenues with new sanctions on the Ukraine war

The European Union has agreed to a new set of sanctions against Russia because of its war on Ukraine, including a decrease in oil prices, a prohibition on transactions with Nord gas pipelines and targeting more shadow ships, the head of the European Union’s foreign policy said.
