Why did Noche UFC 3 moved from Guadalajara, Mexico to San Antonio?

Noche UFC 3 has seen a change at the last minute as the fighting card will not occur in Guadalajara, Mexico, on September 13. Instead, the event will be held in San Antonia, Texas, on the same date.
